CRIME AND PUNISHMENT

 

From my point of view, based on the regulations in Colombia, the need arises to ask ourselves what is the approach that should be carried out, since the suitability of the sanction varies according to the type of crime and the circumstances that led to it.

All this is based on the penal code, which is characterized by applying the different penalties based on important aspects such as the intention of the perpetrator, recidivism, the damage caused and other relevant facts in the act.
